Hannah Gray qualified with a first class Hons. degree in 2004 and quickly specialised in the field of Women's Health Physiotherapy. She has gained nine years experience within the NHS working in three of the countries leading hospitals, Saint Mary's Women's Hospital in Manchester, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London and Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital, also in London. Each position facilitated extensive clinical experience and the opportunity to work within highly specialist medical teams. Her specialist area is pelvic floor dysfunction, which may present as bladder, bowel or sexual problems - including vaginismus or painful intercourse.
Hannah recognises the role of physiotherapy in preparing for childbirth and during the recovery period. She inspires women to take an active role with practical tips and lifestyle changes. She is a fully qualified Pilates instructor, and has specialised experience of antenatal and postnatal Pilates. She has worked at two specialist gynaecological oncology centres treating patients both in the early days following surgery and then post-operatively during recovery.
She has also worked privately for 'Lulubaby', a London based antenatal class company, and The Women's Wellness Centre in Chelsea.
Outside of work Hannah enjoys leading an active lifestyle - running, cycling, tennis and touch/tag rugby.
