Take the A46 towards Evesham, go past the BP garage on the right and through the next set of traffic lights. There is an army camp on the left hand side, 100m after going past the entrance to the army camp there is a right hand turn for Pamington. Take the first right, then the first left into the lane and the clinic is ¼ mile down on the right handside “Back into Action” Tirlebrook Barn. If you get to the Aston cross traffic lights, you have gone too far

From the race course take the A435 towards Evesham going past Bishops Cleeve and the turn to Gotherington.

Turn left B4079 to Pershore /Upton (this is called the 7 bends for obvious reasons!)

At the traffic lights at Aston Cross turn left

Go past a lay by on left and take the first left signposted Pamington . Take the first right, then the first left into the lane and the clinic is ¼ mile down on the right handside “Back into Action” Tirlebrook Barn.

Take B4079 to Cheltenham. At Aston Cross traffic lights turn right. Go past a lay by on left and take the first left signed Pamington .

At Teddington Hands roundabout take the A46 towards the M5

Go straight through the next set of traffic lights
