Hello, I’m Zélie and I’m a chronic pain practitioner, Breathworks mindfulness teacher, and counsellor, recommended by Back Into Action.

Our understanding of chronic pain is changing. Recent neuroscience has discovered that your pain experience can be influenced by changes in your brain and nervous system. Previous trauma, emotional and everyday stresses, all contribute to these changes, causing you unnecessary suffering.

I’ll work with you and your physiotherapist as we explore what aspects of your current situation or past history might be relevant to your current symptoms. Using the Mind Body approach, you will learn ways to process these stresses and how to rewire your brain to reduce, or even get rid of, your chronic pain.
